How does EZ Swimmer use my personal information?
The information we learn from our clients helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience. ASP respects your privacy and wishes for you know how we use the information you have entrusted to us:
- Information You Give Us: We receive and store information you enter on our website. Information includes Client Name and Number, Billing/Shipping Addresses, and Type of Business. If applicable, Occupation. If applicable, Email, products ordered, and any credit card information if paying via credit card. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might be unable to order via the website. ASP utilizes the information that you provide for such purposes as fulfilling orders and responding to your requests. Our marketing department analyzes your information for product selection, development and advertising.
- Automatic Information: EZ Swimmer's web department receives and retains certain types of information whenever you interact with us. As is common with many other websites, EZ Swimmer uses "cookies". EZ Swimmer uses cookies for your Customer Number only. It is important to note, that if you have ""cookies"" turned off on your browser, it may prevent you from getting to specific areas of the website. EZ Swimmer's web department has programmed it so cookies are deleted upon leaving our website. If for some reason, the deletion does not occur, you can use your web browser utilities to delete all cookies.
- E-mail Communications: Emails are sent to the clients upon completion of the order and act as an order confirmation. EZ Swimmer may utilize your email account only if it is the only means of contacting the customer in case there is a problem with the order.
- Information from Other Sources:EZ Swimmer will only access the client's information if requested by the client via telephone or email. Customer service will ask you to verify your identify. The most common reason for ASP to access your information is if request for a change in email address or association of the customer number with the account. Other than client's requests, ASP does not employ any other sources to change or update customer information.
Does EZ Swimmer or its affiliates share the information I have included in my order or in my registration? ASP values your privacy. Please rest assured that your privacy is respected by all team members at ASP. Your information is kept strictly confidential.
How does ASP work to protect my information?
- EZ Swimmer's uses PayPal to protect the confidentially of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. Please see PayPal's website for further information on the encryption process.
- EZ Swimmer will only reveal the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, ASP transmits the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
- Please help us protect your privacy; remember how important it is for you to log off when finished using a shared computer. Access to your password and to your computer must be guarded for your protection. Please protect yourself against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. As with all things in life, safety should be put first.
