Q: Why is resistance training important?

Resistance training adds lean muscle to boost your metabolism and helps burn more calories all day long!  Perhaps more importantly, resistance training helps with your endurance throughout the day making all the daily chores that life demands simpler and less strenuous.  Make your life more enjoyable with resistance training.
